2. Partial Refund Eligibility
- 50-70% Refund: If you cancel the order after a writer has been assigned and started work (to compensate the writer for their time).
- Disputed Quality: If you are unsatisfied with the quality, our Quality Assurance (QA) team will review the work. If the claim is valid, a partial refund will be issued based on the percentage of incorrect content.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Delays caused by the client failing to provide necessary materials or instructions on time.
- Lower-than-expected grades (as grading is subjective and depends on factors outside our control). We guarantee quality, not a specific grade.
